Returning due to damage caused in transit? 

Please ensure all original packaging and the broken items are sent. We will not refund any purchase unless this is condition is met. 

Returning due to change of mind? 

We strictly do not offer a refund for this purpose. Please refer to our returns policy for further information. 

What happens once i return my parcel? 

Once we receive the parcel, we will lodge a claim via the carrier used at the time. Once an investigation is complete, we will process a refund or store credit. Please be aware that this process can take up to 30 days. Taranaki Giftware, at their discretion, may issue a refund or store credit before or during the investigation.
